Joyce Keener is an art educator with over a decade of experience working with children and adolescents.  She holds a MA in Art Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has taught in a variety of settings including being the founding art teacher at two schools in New York City.

Joyce currently works as an education consultant to create meaningful, student centered art curriculum for schools and organizations. When Joyce is not thinking about providing high quality art education, she enjoys running and spending time outdoors. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and toddler.
